Submit COI, Certificate of Insurance
MANDATORY

Submit Island Booth Design Approval Form
BLOCKING
Required for island booth configurations. Submit the booth design to HFTP for approval. The Brand Ready Eco Fabric Display (10×20) needs to be formally approved before GES builds it.
Submit Saturday Move-In Request
ISLAND BOOTHS ONLY
Island booths require a specific move-in request for Saturday June 15. Must be submitted to GES. Without this, access to the floor on Saturday may not be granted.
Submit Booth Activity Approval Form
IF APPLICABLE
Required if any special activities are planned at the booth (demos, presentations, draws, giveaways). Confirm with HFTP whether the cowboy hat distribution and live demos require this form.
